Our chef friend Amy She came up with the Orient Point Blend and it is a BIG hit. We tried it on cedar plank salmon last night and nothing was left. (One of our guests even asked if he could lick the cedar plank!).
This is blend is a "limited run" and we don't plan on making another batch until the fall.
