Our 100% Pure Amagansett Sea Salt mixed with Herbes de Provence. To our taste, this blend has an earthy flavor and is great on steak, lamb and poultry. We also use it on salad, melon, and hearty fish – you name it. Now that it is autumn, we have been using this blend a lot on roasted vegetables and potatoes. Go easy with this - 1 or 2 dozen crystals on a grilled steak gives the perfect taste and crunch.
For easy and perfect vinaigrette, take a pinch of our East Hampton Blend and whisk it together with some olive oil and vinegar. Drizzle the mixture over some greens for an easy and wonderful salad!
