It's Michelada Day!

We spent the morning tending the salt farm, bottling salt and experimenting with some new blends, all of which made us very thirsty! So we decided that today is Michelada Day! Rimmed with our Sag Harbor Blend, this is the perfect refreshing drink on a hot day. Muy bueno!

6 oz V-8 juice

Juice of 2 limes

½ tsp of Amagansett Sea Salt, Sag Harbor Blend plus some for rimming

1 ½ tsp Worstershire sauce

½ tsp Tabasco

two 12 oz Modelo beers

Lime wedges for garnish

Mix V-8 juice, lime juice, Amagansett Sea Salt, Worstershire sauce and Tabasco in a pitcher. Rub the edge of each glass with a lime wedge and then rim each glass with Amagansett Sea Salt, Sag Harbor Blend. Fill each glass with ice and ¼ cup of the V-8 juice mixture.  Top with ½ can of beer. Garnish with a lime wedge. Repeat. Serves 4.
