    Our 100% Pure Amagansett Sea Salt blended with Madagascar Vanilla. We originally made this blend for a Manhattan pastry chef and have been using it ourselves on both savory and sweet items. How does an oatmeal and toffee cookie with vanilla sea salt sound?

    Some of our seafood restaurant chefs turned us on to the trick of using vanilla to bring out the sweetness in shellfish. A light dressing of our vanilla finishing salt on lobster salad will make your lobster roll rock!
